Team Purpose:
The Building & Grounds Ministry Team will assume full charge of all physical property of the church and be responsible for its care and maintenance and keep all physical property records.

Routine Duties
Team Duties
- Develop and annually review its charter for submission to the Elder Board.
- Recruit and train ministry personnel.
- Define and provide the necessary materials required for ministry.
- Submit annually to the Elder Board proposed budgets and objectives for the forthcoming year.
- Meet as required to plan and execute specific ministry objectives.
- Review and provide a written report, at least semiannually (September & March), of progress against objectives to the Equipping Staff and Elder Board.
- Pray regularly for this area of ministry.
