Team Purpose:
The Discipleship Ministry Team will coordinate the disciple-making process for the adults of Faith Church of Grayslake.

- Connection Groups (Including groups with a special demographic focus)
- Celebrate Recovery
- Groups for Women
- Groups for Men
- Recreation
Routine Duties
Team Duties
- To oversee an ongoing process that will encourage people to participate in:
- Personal time with God
- A small group
- Service (Ministry Opportunity)
- Corporate worship
- Approve small group leaders and establish the appropriate coaching relationships. These coaching relationships will provide the channels for communication and accountability.
- Function as a place for Discipleship Directors to share ideas, receive training and support and coordinate their ministries.
- Evaluate small groups as to their effectiveness in implementing the Mission, Values, Strategy and Vision of Faith Church.
- Bring small group leaders together for vision casting, training, prayer and support.
- Recruit, train and oversee marriage preparation mentors.
Specific Objectives
Team Objectivies
- Continue to cultivate a spirit of teamwork throughout the Discipleship Network.
- Start 20 new small groups (Connection, Men, Women, Recovery, Recreation).
- Recruit and equip 20 new small group leaders (Connection, Men, Women, Recovery, Recreation).
