Team Purpose:
The Personnel Ministry Team is charged with the responsibility of assisting the Elder Board in matters that pertain to the evaluation, compensation, and organization of employees of FBC. The various functions of this ministry team are referenced in the Personnel Policies and Procedures of Faith Baptist Church of Lake County.

Routine Duties
Team Duties
- Review the Personnel Policies and Procedures of Faith Baptist Church of Lake County annually and make recommendations for needed changes to the Elder Board.
- Assure that performance evaluations are conducted for all FBC staff annually.
- Make recommendations to the Elder Board regarding compensation packages for all employees in January of each year. (This will facilitate the total FBC budget planning process. The first draft of the new budget is usually compiled in early February.)
